When you request a consultation or use the client portal, we collect the details you provide, including your name, organization, email address, selected topic, preferred meeting time, and message.
How we use information
We use this information to manage consultation requests, prepare agendas, provide booking and follow-up updates, respond to enquiries, and protect our services.
AI-assisted planning
Text submitted to the AI Consultation Planner is processed to recommend consultation topics and prepare a tailored agenda. Do not submit confidential, classified, medical, or legally privileged information.
Access and retention
Consultation information is available only to authorized Goyal Tech India personnel and the client account associated with the booking email. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for the engagement and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your consultation information by contacting himanshu@goyaltechindia.com.
